Primary Health Networks
Cogility worked with key executives at a Medicare Local to develop an approach for eHealth that could be realistically delivered with the constrained resources in primary care, but would also set a trajectory for ongoing benefit and improved health outcomes. This work indicated the strong potential for Primary Health Network’s, and also highlighted the areas for further growth.
