Business-focused Enterprise Architecture for Aged Care and Community Nursing
Engaged by the CEO, Board and Executive Management team of a large aged care organisation, Cogility developed a business- focused enterprise architecture allowing the agency to plan for new business practices and models in the delivery of community nursing services.
The enterprise architecture is the basis of the agency’s enterprise design blueprint. It encompasses analysis and development of market, customer, service, process and systems architectures. It can also be used as a knowledge base and tool to assess future scenarios and guide impact analysis of new initiatives.
