State Government Financial Authority: Enterprise wide transformation program
Engaged by a major State Government financial authority to facilitate the development of the authority’s 2014-2017 Corporate Strategy, Cogility has designed and delivered a future state business model, products, funding and capability blueprint.
The enterprise wide transformation program was driven by the need for higher levels of agility so as to rapidly respond to emerging global, national and state opportunities, and shifting government priorities to drive high levels of benefits for the state.
The transformation program has now been established and Cogility currently leads the outsourced transformation office function reporting to the executive team and the Board.
